Advance standard rolling machine complete with Trumeter measure. Robust, vertical construction to save floor space. This unit will measure 'roll to roll' or 'roll to basket' for shorter lengths. The virtical design enables the machine to be pushed up against a wall, ideal for small work shops short of space. As standard the rolling machine can produce a tight roll easliy with the differential on the non-marking rollers, or without the differential it will roll slacker rolls but is quicker for setting up. Advance Compact rolling machine We make a range of flat bed rolling machines with a wide variety of options. Machines can built to customer's own specified sizes with chosen features. The standard machine is made for 162.5cm (60") fabric, large figure mechanical counter c/w calibration certificate, variable speed, side paddles for guiding the fabric rollsand supplied with casters for easy moving. Advance Roller Blind Shape Cutter. Designed to de-skill and simplify shape cutting with a simple tooling system. This machine will cut ALL shapes including castellations, either attached to rollers or as loose fabric to be attached.

Advance Roller Blind Hemming Machine. Twin or single needle, semi-automatic sewing unit with auto back tack and footlift. This machine de-skills the sewing operation on both plain and shaped blinds. we can sew upto 3 meter blinds with a single fold or double fold using a specialy designed folder, With this unit it can produce upto 150 blinds per hour.
