Machine description:

New engineered bar tacking machine, with a Curtain Master Indexer, that inserts automatically the adjustable sew-in-hook in to the curtain. This machine has a sewing area of 130x60 mm (max. 10 cm pleat) or 150x70 mm (max. 15 cm pleat) and can use any type of sew-in-hook in the sizes 55, 75 and 95 mm. The machine has a sophisticated curtain pleat calculating program.

Machine specifications:

1. Automatic supply of the hook and automatic height adjustment of the hook head in steps of 5 mm.
2. Laser bulb for positioning the distance between the pleats.
3. User-friendly touch panel including software for curtain calculations in English (other languages on request).
4. Also useful for making pleats without sew-in-hook. You can put in your pin-on-hooks in afterwards.
5. Suitable for any type of sew-in-hook. We do advise our own ConFlex curtain hook.
