APS - Automatic Pleat & Hook Supply Machine

Machine description:

New engineered bar tacking machine, with a Curtain Master Indexer, that inserts and pleats automatically the adjustable sew-in-hook in to the curtain. This machine has a sewing area of 130x60 mm (pleat size of max. 13 cm) and can use any type of sew-in-hook in the sizes 55, 75 and 95 mm. The machine has a sophisticated curtain pleat calculating program.

Machine specifications:

1. Automatic supply of the hook and automatic height adjustment of the hook head in steps of 5 mm.
2. Automatic pleating device for single or double pleat.
3. Laser light for positioning the pleats.
4. User-friendly touch panel including software for curtain calculations in English (other languages on request).
5. Also useful for making pleats without sew-in-hook. You can put in your pin-on-hooks afterwards.
6. Suitable for any type of sew-in-hook. We do advise our own CONFLEX curtain hook.
