Machine description:
- Automatically supply of the curtain hook (with a pre fixed size of 10 mm) from the spender.
- Distance can be changed in steps of 5 mm.
- Also suitable for taking in the pleats if ordinary ’pin-on-hooks’ are being used.
- Suitable for processing different kinds of plastic curtain sew-in-hooks, especially our own ConFlex curtain sew-in-hook (hook sizes of 55, 75 or 95 mm).

AHS - Automatic Hook Supply Machine
Adjustable sewn in Hooks System for Pinch Pleat Curtains. These eliminate the need to re-fit curtain tracks and alter curtains in uneven locations.
Simply sew in the new adjustable curtain Conflex Hook at the same time as sewing in the pinch pleat.
Gives up to a 70% increase in production by using the AHS Automatic Hook Supply machine because of the Conflex or Microflex pinch pleat hook being supplied to sewing clamp automatically.
The operator can load the fabric around the pinch pleat depth guide, and with the laser spacing guide set to the correct space the sewing cycle is repeated down the curtain heading with a very efficient and exceptional quality finish.
Each Hook is then able to be adjusted independently in steps of 5mm over a length of Conflex / Microflex hook, enabling the perfect length fit to all your curtains.
The Conflex / Microflex hook is supplied in 55mm 75mm and the most popular 95mm.

 ISC - Interchangeable Sewing Conveyor-Belt Machine
Machine description:
New engineered conveyer belt system for sewing curtains with interchangeable sewing heads. Within the belt you can place an overlock machine with puller, a blind stitch machine with puller or a normal lock stitch machine for making the tunnels in a roman blind.
The exchange of the sewing heads is an easy and fast operation thanks to the modular connecting system. Sewing heads can also used outside the belt as stand alone machine.
Standard length of the belt is 6 meter x 1.20 meter. Other dimensions are optional.

 HMM - Height Measuring Machine
Machine description:
A new engineered height-measuring machine that cuts the curtain at the right length. It can be used with tape, seam or the lead waist. The machine can be build up to 12 meter wide and max 6 meter high.
Machine specification:
- Special clamp for lace curtains, lead waist and seams.
- An extra wide opening with switches over the full length of the machine.
- Flexible position of the cutting knife as “a time saving solution “.
- Strong construction with linear guide system and automatic calibration.

 EPM - Eyelet Pressing Machine
Machine specification:
- 25 and 40 mm tool for the eyelets (other sizes are optional).
- Machine presses the hole and eyelet in one operation (6 bar).
- Machine is equipped with a tabletop and a linear guide.
